Sedulous also offers extensive end-to-end cybersecurity support to the government and commercial sector. Sedulous Consulting Services is among the first 100 government contracting companies cleared as a Candidate Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Third-party Assessment Organization (C3PAO).

In August 2021, Sedulous acquired Infinity Support Services. The merger brings together three veterans of the United States Marine Corps with vast experience in the government and commercial sectors. The newly formed organization benefits from more than 90 years of collective experience in the US military and private sectors.

We are an SBA Certified 8(a) Program participant and CMMC Approved C3PAO. Our goal is to continue revolutionizing custom solutions that improve our client’s ability to accomplish their mission in the most effective and efficient way.

Omar Dennis

Mr. Dennis is a United States Marine Corps veteran and is a trusted Information Security and Program Management professional supporting the federal government and health agencies. He brings more than 20 years of cybersecurity, program management, technical, strategic, and operational leadership experience to Sedulous Consulting Services. In addition, he’s an accomplished student and implementor of continuous improvement and the agile methodology.

Mr. Dennis previously served as Information Assurance Manager (IAM) of the Marine Corps Network Operations Security Center (MCNOSC) during active duty and most recently as the Deputy Program Manager of the Cyber Risk Management Services contract for the Department of Education.

Mr. Dennis is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified HIPAA Practitioner (CHP), and Project Management Professional (PMP). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Information Systems Security (ISS) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science Information Technology degree with a concentration in Project Management.

James Villa

Mr. Villa is a United States Marine Corps veteran and dedicated professional with over 20 years of diverse civilian, military, and DoD acquisition program experience. He brings strong interpersonal skills developed through years of interactions with various organizations and personnel, including senior government/management officials, clients, contractors, suppliers, and foreign counterparts gained while support DoD International Programs Foreign Military Sales Offices.

He leads the company operations and is responsible for program execution, including resource management, client relationship, and organic business development. This encompasses developing and executing the company’s growth strategy by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Mr. Villa has previously served in numerous executive leadership roles, is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has a Bachelor of Science in History.

Shelly Holloway is a Senior Human Resources Professional, offering more than 20 years of progressive growth in the development of various start-ups and organizations. She is passionate about cultivating collaborative communication relationships to promote synergy and enhance organizational efficiency. Ms. Holloway obtained her bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration in Legal Studies.

As Director of Business Development, Charles A. Anderson heads Sedulous’ strategic business development, capture, and proposal activities. His vast and diverse experience includes Acquisition, Engineering, IT strategy, and business transformation initiatives for corporations and Federal Government agencies. Mr. Anderson's mission is to expand capabilities and solutions that enable customers to solve complex problems and meet critical tasks that impact our nation’s economic and social sovereignty. Mr. Anderson has a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Science in Telecommunications. His professional certifications include Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), Level 3 in Integrated Acquisition Logistics, and Level 2 in Program Management.

Brad Shultis

Brad is a seasoned professional with 40 years of Operations, Program Management, and Leadership experience. He retired from the USMC as a Lieutenant Colonel after 26.5 years of Active-Duty, where he served as a Communications Officer and C2 Systems Officer in a variety of assignments worldwide. Since retiring from the Marine Corps, Brad has continued his service to our Country in the Defense Contracting industry with several small businesses in the Quantico area, where he has 14 years directing Operations, Program Management, and Technical Management; Program Analysis, Science & Technology, and Acquisition Logistics support; as well as Business Development, Team-Building, Capture Planning, Proposal Writing, Recruiting, and Hiring Manager roles.

Brad has a BS in Education (K-12) and has graduated from multiple USMC schools including Command and Staff College; Advanced Communications Information Systems Course; Command and Control Systems Course; Basic Communications Officers Course; The Basic School; Officer Candidates School; and Designated Approval Authority Course.

Lindo Bradley
Mr. Lindo Bradley was formerly the President and CEO of Infinity Support Services, Inc. Mr. Bradley incorporated Infinity in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2011 and sold to Mr. Omar Dennis, President and CEO of Sedulous Consulting Services in 2021. Mr. Bradley previously served as a career United States Marine Corps Civil Servant and possesses the knowledge and experience needed to effectively execute government contracts.

Darren Opicka
Darren Opicka brings 24+ years of experience in Information Technology as a support contractor for the United States Marine Corps. His expertise includes Server and Network Administration, Help Desk Management, Web Support, and SharePoint development and administration. In addition, Mr. Opicka has a background in Business Management from the Northern Virginia Community College and certified training in Network Engineering from The Computer Learning Center. Mr. Opicka brings a strong work ethic and high dedication and loyalty.

Lindsay Batt
Lindsay Batt is a Financial & Accounting Specialist with over 13 years of experience in the DoD professional services industry, primarily supporting the United States Marine Corps. To ensure Sedulous' remains a world-class service provider, Ms. Batt provides accounting and finance services, including management of payroll, account receivables and payables, and budgeting. Ms. Batt also oversees and coordinates contract and subcontract administration functions at the corporate level, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules, invoicing & billing, pricing, terms and conditions, and other contract provisions. Ms. Batt received her bachelor's degree in International Relations from James Madison University.

Wendy Desmond
Wendy Desmond has volunteered for the last 15 years in Stafford County schools and her local community. Previously, Ms. Desmond served as a Special Agent with the US Secret Service. Ms. Desmond earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago. Ms. Desmond holds an active CompTIA A+ certification.
